The company was founded in 2011 and is owned and managed by Mark Fearnall and Richard Wheeler, two of the most experienced, well known and respected property professionals currently working in the local area.
With a combined experience of over 50 years, Mark & Richard have a wealth of knowledge relating to all aspects of property sales and rentals plus an invaluable network of professional advisers including solicitors, surveyors, mortgage consultants, architects and builders.
The company is built on the strong foundations of trust, honesty, integrity and discretion and embraces a ‘can do’ attitude! Both Mark & Richard lead from the front and pride themselves on having detailed knowledge of all clients and properties, and they are often out and about conducting valuations and viewings.
