Having worked as an estate agent for over 30 years, Richard is one of the area’s most experienced property professionals and has worked with thousands of home buyers and sellers during his time in both corporate and independent settings. He founded his first company, O’Brien Wheeler, back in 2005, followed by Somerville’s in 2013 and Fearnalls in 2020.

Amongst many other things, Richard deals with property negotiations and steers sales through to exchange and completion. Richard’s depth of experience, unwavering commitment to achieving results, and dedication to client satisfaction are evident in every aspect of his work.
