Tom is a proud Cestrian, having lived and worked in Chester his entire life. With deep family roots in the local community, his knowledge and passion for the area are very clear to see. He has over 12 years’ experience in the local property industry and has developed a wealth of knowledge across the residential sector of the market. As our youngest Director, Tom brings fresh enthusiasm and drive to steer Fearnalls forward and continue to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.

Tom is a long-standing committee member for the Chester Association of Property Professionals and is involved with various fundraising events. Away from work you can find him on dog walks, in country pubs or on the hockey pitch.
